I didn't get a full artist listing with the CD so I have googled the songs and hope the artists are right.
1. Ironic by Alanis Morissette
Not sure if this is from the Unplugged album, but it's a mellow live version. I prefer this side of her music, it shows off her voice better.
2. Mockingbird by Eminem
When I heard the first rap "uh" at the start of the track I reached for the skip button but then the backing track kicked in and I realised it was the only rapper I can actually listen to without wanting to tear my hair out. I like Eminem because he seems to have a genuine love of music. He always chooses melodic samples to use in his tracks and he's a canny wordsmith.
3. Bond
Not sure if this is the name of the track or the artist. I suspect it's the classical "girl band", as it's a marriage of classical strings with drums and electic guitars. Very listenable and I'd quite like some more of this to gear me up for a night out.
4. Persephone
Again, don't know if this is the track or artist name. It didn't really make much of an impression on me to be honest. The vocal annoyed me a bit. Just not my cup of tea.
5. Nierika by Dead Can Dance (? according to Google)
Bongos and chanting. Fairly relaxing.
6. The Voice of Enigma
7. Rites by Jan Garbarek
Ambient saxophone. Something to listen to and zone out.
8. Teo & Tea by Jean Michel Jarre (?)
Funky, feel-good dance track. Not too heavy and very melodic. Something to put the lights out to and flash your torch about.
9. Ayeshteni by Natacha Atlas (?)
Arabic singing with modern beats. Not too keen on this one.
10. Rave Jungle Matrix II Trance Mix
Nice, gentle dance number with pleasant piano.
11. Until The Morning by Thievery Corporation (?)
Funky and relaxing with nice vocal.
12. The Dogs Of War by Pink Floyd (?)
I know this may be sacrilige to a lot of people but I don't like Pink Floyd. Never have, never will. Sorry.
13. Book Of Saturday by King Crimson (?)
Another funky, relaxing number.
Thanks !

Sorry about the lack of a track list. As you may have guessed, I was under a little stress!
I'm glad you liked some of the tracks.
